The certificate will be issued only after we confirm your completion of the course. Package Subscriptions If you purchase a training package, you will be granted access to select courses within the package's eligibility period. Please use the package period to schedule and complete your training sessions. Refunds and Cancellations Please note that we do not offer refunds or cancellations once a training session has been selected from a package.
