Our Disability Awareness Training was created as we strive to help as many people as possible spread knowledge for people with disabilities and make the world a more inclusive place. Online Course Booking Policy Course Access and Links Upon purchasing a course, you will receive a link to the training material prior to your scheduled time slot. Please ensure you check your email for this link and any additional instructions. If you want to contact us to request the link, please email admin@onyxstudents.com Completion and Certification To receive a certificate of completion, you must email us at admin@onyxstudents.com upon finishing the course. The certificate will be issued only after we confirm your completion of the course. Package Subscriptions If you purchase a training package, you will be granted access to select courses within the package's eligibility period. Please use the package period to schedule and complete your training sessions. Refunds and Cancellations Please note that we do not offer refunds or cancellations once a training session has been selected from a package. All sales are final, and we encourage you to carefully review your package and course selections before finalising your purchase.
